Minimum 1 year of work experience as a telecaller.
Ability to clearly and confidently communicate with prospective students and clients, effectively conveying information about educational courses and software solutions.
Proven ability to guide, support, and train junior telecallers, helping to ensure consistent performance across the team.
Familiarity with CRM software and telecalling tools is an added advantage.
