We are looking for the MBA- Finance Fresher Candidates for the Position of Assistant Manager/ Executive- Strategic Initiatives Group.

Location : Ahmedabad

Qualification : MBA -Finance Fresher.

Excellent Communication Skills.

Male Candidates Preferred.

Role & responsibilities :

• Scan the business & industry environment for emerging trends & opportunities in new & existing areas, and share the same with the management.

• Strategic Communication as a part of CEOs office.

• Develop methods & tools for performance management in the company vis-à-vis planned KPIs across businesses for regular review by the management.

• Facilitate and maintain and update the long-term strategic plans and annual operating plans for the company.

• CO-Ordinate Multi department meetings, take down action points and keep a Track of the actions Decided.
• Interpret Data and Provide business Insights .
• Aid in Preparation of Management Presentations .
• Aid in collection of information required by management from time to time via internet or Internal Company data.
• Interaction With third Party/ Consultants.

Preferred candidate profile :

Expertise in MS Excel/Powerpoint /Word.

Should have a reasonable aptitude to work in an unstructured environment.

Strong multi -tasking abilities & interpersonal Communication Skills.

Ability to work with senior leadership confidently and seamlessly.
