About Project/Role:

As an associate Dynamics 365 Consultant at WaferWire Cloud Technologies, you will be an integral part of our team, working with cutting-edge Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies. This is an entry-level position suitable for recent graduates with a strong interest in Dynamics 365 and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, including but not limited to Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Finance and Operations, Marketing, Human Resources.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to assist in the implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Participate in system configuration, data migration, and customization activities.
• Respond to end-user queries and issues related to Dynamics 365.
• Work closely with the support team to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and troubleshooting steps.
• Contribute to the development of user manuals and training materials.
• Stay current on the latest updates and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Actively participate in training programs and self-directed learning.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and the Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
