About Project/Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Power Platform and Power BI Lead to drive innovative solutions leveraging Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and advanced data visualization techniques. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and leadership capabilities to design, implement, and lead projects that transform data into actionable insights and streamline business processes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders and technical specialists, to ensure successful delivery of cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Design and implement workflows, automations, and data integrations to optimize business processes.
• Collaborate with the Global Partner Enablement Team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for Power Platform solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest Power Platform features, best practices, and trends.
• Design and map data models to transform raw data into meaningful insights.
• Build semantic models and write prompts to generate advanced reports and insights using Power BI Copilot.
• Develop visually appealing, interactive dashboards and reports tailored to business needs.
• Spot key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights to help businesses understand trends, patterns, and critical metrics.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and team members on Power Platform and Power BI tools.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver impactful business intelligence and automation solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer or Power BI Specialist.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Proficiency in DAX and advanced visualization techniques in Power BI.
• Experience with data integration, APIs, and connectors.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, C#, or SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
