Sr Solution Architect (DT Solutions)

• We are seeking an experienced and innovativeSenior Solutions Architect to join our AI/ML Incubation Centre.
• The idealcandidate will be responsible for transforming creative ideas into scalable andimpactful technological solutions.
• This role will require a deep understandingof artificial intelligence and machine learning, with the ability to navigateand lead complex project ecosystems from conception to deployment.
• Thecandidate will be responsible for reviewing business context for solutions todepartment/sector challenges as we'll as defining the vision and requirementsfor the solution, recommending potential options, selecting the most optimal option,and the development of a roadmap for the selected solution.
• Preference will be given to candidateshaving experience of working on projects under central/state governments/PSUs.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development of projectframeworks, integrating AI/ML technologies to solve complex business challengespresented by our clients.
  
• Be part of the ideation session andtechnical evaluation of the ideas coming from the clients to ensure thetechnical feasibility and scalability of solutions with a hands-on approach incoding and architectural design. Facilitating such meetings will also be theresponsibility of this position.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teamsto design, test, and refine AI/ML models andresolve technical problems, as they arise.
  
• Drive the translation of business needsinto technical strategy, creating advanced solution architectures in AI/MLdomains.
  
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship,and guidance to development teams throughout the incubation and solutionlifecycle.
  
• Oversee the solution development process,ensuring best practices in machine learning, data management, and softwaredevelopment.
  
• Stay abreast of emerging AI/MLtechnologies and methodologies to drive innovation and continuous improvementwithin the incubation centre.
  
• Workclosely with Head Incubation Centre (CTO of WGDT).
  
• Assessthe business impact that certain technical choices have.
