Job Description
- Oversee and manage a development team, ensuring efficient task management, project delivery, and alignment with overall business goals.
- Lead technical projects, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to timelines.
- Provide hands-on guidance and expertise in front-end or backend development, focusing on scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement product features.
- Drive team growth by mentoring and fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive team culture.
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, delivering presentations and updates as needed.
- Experience: 6-7 years of hands-on development in front-end technologies (web development) or backend (Node.js and JavaScript).
- Team Management: 2-3 years of experience managing and mentoring engineering teams.
- Educational Background: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, preferably from Tier II engineering institutions.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong technical foundation with a proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
