• Managed team size of min. 10-15 members as an engineering manager

• Leading and managing a team of engineers to develop and implement AI-based solutions
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the design and architecture of AI applications
• Overseeing the application engineering process, including design, development, testing, and deployment
• Setup skeleton and best practices in building frontend applications using React, NextJs, backend python REST APIs using Fast API
• Implementing best practices for cloud infrastructure and ensuring optimal performance and scalability
• Driving DevOps processes to streamline development, testing, and deployment workflows
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
• Contributing to the strategic planning and execution of AI projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Identifying and mitigating technical risks, and proactively addressing technical challenges
• Staying updated with the latest advancements in AI technologies and integrating relevant innovations into project development
