Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned TalentDevelopment Manager with extensive experience in competency mapping,organizational restructuring, and talent enhancement strategies. The idealcandidate will play a crucial role in identifying, nurturing, and developingtalent within our organization to ensure alignment with strategic goals andsustained business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Competency Mapping:
Conduct comprehensive competency assessments across all levels of theorganization.
Develop frameworks and tools for competency mapping and analysis.
Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and formulatetargeted development plans.
- Reorganization and Restructuring:
Lead reorganization efforts to optimize organizational structure and enhanceoperational efficiency.
Implement change management initiatives to support reorganization effortseffectively.
Drive cultural transformation initiatives aligned with restructured goals.
- Talent Upgrade and Development:
Design and implement talent development programs to nurture high-potentialemployees.
Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees on careerdevelopment and performance improvement.
Evaluate the effectiveness of development programs and recommendenhancements.
- Performance Management:
Establish performance metrics and benchmarks for talent developmentinitiatives.
Monitor and evaluate individual and organizational performance againstestablished goals.
Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to drivecontinuous improvement.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with HR, senior leadership, and department heads to align talentdevelopment strategies with business objectives.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment conducive to talentgrowth and innovation.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelordegree in human resources, Organizational Development, BusinessAdministration, or related field. Masterdegree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Talent Development Manager or in a similar role, withat least 5-12 years of relevant experience.
- In-depth knowledge of competency modeling, assessment tools, and developmentmethodologies.
- Strong understanding of organizational design, change management, andcultural transformation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability toinfluence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with a track record of successfullyimplementing talent development initiatives.
- Certification in relevant areas such as HR management, coaching, ororganizational psychology is a plus.
Location: This position is based in either NewDelhi or Bangalore. Some travel between locations may be required.
