Operations Executive

1. Assist operations supervisor in day-to-day global vessel operations.

2. Liaise closely with clients, auditors, agents etc to ensure smooth execution of any assignments.

3. Resolve daily operations queries, issues and liaise with the clients.

4. Communicate with attending auditor/s and prepare assignment reports.

5. Assist accounts team for billing of assignments.

6. All other duties as instructed by the management

7.Excellent speaking and writing skills, flexiblility MS Office suite, Weekends availability
