Project Manager / Project Engineer

Job Summary:

The Project Manager/Engineer will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This role requires technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create detailed work plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Team Management:
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including design, procurement, and operations.
• Assign tasks, set milestones, and monitor progress.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
• Risk Management:
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Track project KPIs and ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage project documentation and close-out processes.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical or related field).
• Proven experience in project management/engineering.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
