This role will be involved in end to end aspects of the solution journey from understanding customer outcomes, building solutions, conducting data analysis to draw insights; as well as providing inputs to the product management and engineering functions to help with the Vyntelligence product evolution and road map.
Role Description (what a Digital Solution Engineer does):
1. Alignment with customers objectives and key success criteria and fulfillment of agreed customer outcomes
2. Build customer end to end digital transformation journey
3. Helping the team to understand customer outcomes by analysing customer requirements, customer business process and data models.
4. Represent the voice of the customer to provide input to product manager
5. Serve as the primary technical contact for resolving customer issues.
6. Work closely with Customer success manager on all aspects of customer management
7. Help the Product team to build digital solutions for various use cases to enable customer trials and demos.
8. Support pre-sales to incubate and acquire new customers
Skills and Experience (What were looking for)
1. Graduates in Computer Science/Applications or other disciplines with experience in web development
2. Good communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
3. Team-player always willing to listen, collaborate and learn
4. Flexible and able to operate effectively within ambiguity, uncertainty and change
5. Have basic skills in HTML, CSS, Java Script and Python.
6. Have, or willing to learn, basic technical skills in cloud (XaaS), Android / iOS, spark, CSS and connecting to APIs (SOAP / REST).
