We are hiring for the International Chat Process for Freshers

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide customer support via chat for international customers.
• Troubleshoot customer queries and requests.
• Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions for review and follow-up
• Utilize computing and technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries
• Regularly review customer feedback and take measures to improve customer service.
• Inform customers on the steps to follow to exploit services of the company
• Candidates should be willing to work in Night/Rotational Shifts

Education/Experience:

• Only Freshers for International Chat Process.
• Minimum of two years college education
• Able to read, write and speak the English language proficiently to communicate with customers, comprehend and follow instructions
• Must have Excellent Communication skills in English grammar & Typing Speed of 40 WPM with 90% Accuracy.

Walk-in Details:

Date:- Monday to Friday

Timing: 10:00 AM to 3:00PM

Note: No Virtual interview

Salary: Fresher-2,50,000LPA

Night Shifts- Rotational Shifts
