Key Responsibilities:

Promote Vtricks Training Programs:

- Actively promote and market Vtricks' training courses to potential students and educational institutions.

- Meet admission targets and ensure deadlines are achieved.

Engage with Colleges:

- Visit colleges to secure training requirements and foster long-term partnerships.

- Collaborate with college management to organize training sessions and career development initiatives.

Placement Drives:

- Coordinate with companies to organize placement drives for students.

- Build relationships with industry partners to create placement opportunities.

Business Development:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow training enrollments and partnerships.

- Prepare and execute strategic marketing plans to achieve admission goals.

Coordination and Reporting:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of training and placement activities.

- Provide regular updates and reports on admission metrics, targets, and business development activities.

Requirements:

Experience:

- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in marketing, business development, or a similar role.

- Preference for candidates with experience in educational or training institutions.

Skills:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.

Qualifications:
