Job Description : React Developer

Role : React Developer

Experience : 4 - 8 years

Location : Bengaluru (Work from Office)

Notice Period : Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities :

1. Frontend Development :

- Develop scalable, high-quality web applications using ReactJS and Redux.

- Implement dynamic, responsive UI components ensuring a seamless user experience.

2. GraphQL Integration :

- Design and integrate GraphQL APIs using Apollo GraphQL (Server and Client).

- Optimize GraphQL queries and mutations for efficient data fetching.

3. Build Configuration :

- Configure and manage Webpack for bundling and optimizing the application.

- Set up logging mechanisms and ensure proper debugging and monitoring.

4. UI Editors Development :

- Design and implement custom UI editors with intuitive and user-friendly interfaces (preferred skill).

5. Code Quality and Standards :

- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code following best practices.

- Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with project requirements.

6. Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers, to understand and deliver project goals.

- Actively participate in agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

7. Performance Optimization :

- Ensure applications are optimized for speed, scalability, and usability.

- Debug and resolve performance bottlenecks and technical issues.

Mandatory Skills :

1. React + Redux :

- Strong hands-on experience in ReactJS and Redux for state management.

2. Apollo GraphQL :

- Expertise in implementing Apollo GraphQL (Server and Client) within React applications.

3. Webpack :

- Proficient in configuring and optimizing Webpack for bundling and deploying React applications.

4. Logging and Monitoring :

- Experience with setting up logging tools and monitoring frameworks for better debugging and troubleshooting.

Desired Skills :

1. UI Editors :

- Experience in creating or enhancing custom UI editors to streamline content management workflows.

2. Agile Methodologies :

- Familiarity with agile development practices, including SCRUM or Kanban.

3. Testing Frameworks :

- Knowledge of testing libraries like Jest, Enzyme, or React Testing Library.

4. Design and Prototyping Tools :

- Basic understanding of design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch to collaborate with designers effectively.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
