Role & responsibilities

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong administrative skills: organized, efficient and versatile.
• Strong customer service approach to dealing with people at all levels internal and external.
• Customer information entry in tracking system.
• Monitor and track consignments running late and resolve the issue at the earliest.
• Communicate details of shipments to Customers by email and phone.

Preferred candidate profile

• Good Oral Written Communication Skills.
• Strong Analytical, Problem Solving and Organizational ability.
• Miminum 2 to 3 years experience in Express Cargo / Part Loads company.
