Executive / Asst. Manager - Direct Sales (Closing)

Role & responsibilities

• Handle walkin clients and leads from various sources.
• Deal with Customer, Negotiation and Close the booking.
• Directly reporting to our respected cluster head for all up dates.
• Preparing Monthly sales report and present them.
• Actively participating in all promotional activities, events & exhibitions
• Responsible for maintaining relationship with Channel Partners.
• Maximize direct and reference business.
• Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.
• Work on increasing conversion ratio on continuous basis.
• Keep on raising bar with respect to target setting and achievement.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Presentable
• Strong communication skills
• Energetic to achieve set goals

NOTE : Candidate from real estate industry preferred.
