Windchill Functional Consultant (Part-Time)

We are seeking a highly skilled Windchill Functional Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Windchill PLM configuration, business process mapping, and implementation. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and the ability to train and support end-users effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements related to PLM processes.
• Configure Windchill PLM to align with business objectives and optimize workflows.
• Provide functional expertise and guidance during Windchill implementation and upgrades.
• Develop detailed functional specifications and documentation.
• Train end-users and provide post-implementation support.
• Map business processes to Windchill PLM functionalities.
• Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions for system enhancements.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and troubleshoot issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

• Ability to create functional documentation and articulate requirements clearly.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in stakeholder management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in engineering or manufacturing.
• PTC Windchill certification.
• Experience integrating Windchill with SAP business processes.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies.
• Prior experience in training and mentoring teams.
