Senior Whatsapp Chatbot Developer

We are looking for a Senior WhatsApp Chatbot Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of AI-driven conversational experiences on the WhatsApp platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in chatbot development, natural language processing (NLP), and WhatsApp Business API integration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create seamless, intelligent, and engaging chatbot interactions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy WhatsApp chatbots using WhatsApp Business API, Twilio, Dialogflow, Rasa, or other chatbot frameworks.

Integrate AI/ML-based Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Natural Language Understanding (NLU) for human-like conversations.

Optimize chatbot performance, ensuring low latency, high accuracy, and smooth user interactions.

Develop custom message templates, interactive menus, quick replies, and rich media support for enhanced engagement.

Implement API integrations with CRMs, payment gateways, databases, and third-party services.

Design and execute A/B testing strategies to improve chatbot responses and user experience.

Monitor chatbot analytics, user interactions, and logs to identify and resolve issues.

Ensure compliance with WhatsApp Business Policy, GDPR, and data security standards.

Work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to align chatbot functionalities with business goals.

Stay up-to-date with the latest chatbot technologies, AI advancements, and WhatsApp API updates.
