Account Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales) to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing or invoicing.
  
• Provide support in preparing monthly/quarterly/year-end closing reports.
  
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  
• Ensure timely payment to vendors and collection from customers.
  
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, TDS return, GST filing, and Tally ERP.
