Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Lead to manage multiple projects focused on designing and developing reports and dashboards.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP's functional aspects, business processes, and analytics solutions.

This role requires strong customer-facing skills and the ability to guide technical teams on both functional and technical aspects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Project Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple SAP Analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely completion.

- Client Engagement : Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their reporting and analytics needs, providing regular updates, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Report and Dashboard Design : Lead the design and development of insightful and actionable reports and dashboards using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other SAP reporting tools.

- Ensure adherence to data visualization best practices to meet end-user requirements.

- Functional Guidance : Provide expertise in SAP's functional modules to design analytics solutions that align with business processes and objectives.

- Technical Collaboration : Work closely with technical teams, guiding them on both functional and technical aspects to ensure the successful implementation of analytics solutions.

- Presales Support : Collaborate with the sales team to provide functional expertise during the presales process, including conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and addressing client inquiries.

- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Qualifications :

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 6+ years of experience in SAP , with a focus on functional roles and at least 3 full-cycle implementations.

- Experience of implementing SAP Analytics cloud is required.

- Functional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of SAP functional modules and business processes.

- Technical Acumen : Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other SAP reporting tools.

- Ability to guide technical teams on both functional and technical aspects.

- Presales Experience : Proven experience in supporting SAP presales activities, including product demonstrations and proposal development.

- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and team members at all levels.

- Leadership : Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring teams, with a focus on fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with data integration from multiple source systems.

- Familiarity with ABAP programming is a plus.
