Vsquare Systems - Senior Frontend Engineer - React.js/TypeScript (2-10 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Build and Develop Micro-Frontend Web/E-commerce Applications: Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and reusable components using ReactJS, TypeScript, Webpack 5, and Module Federation.

- Component Design System: Lead the development of a component design system that serves as a single point of reference for all front-end components across various projects.

- Micro-Frontend Architecture: Utilize Module Federation and Micro-Frontend best practices to integrate and share components efficiently across multiple applications and platforms.

- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including back-end developers, product managers, and UI/UX designers to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Agile Methodology: Follow Agile practices, including Scrum and Kanban, to deliver iterative updates and ensure continuous improvement of products.

- Individual Contributor Role: Take full ownership of front-end tasks, while also providing guidance to junior team members and assisting in team management.

- Documentation: Ensure clear and effective documentation of component libraries, design systems, and technical specifications.

Qualifications :

- 6+ years of overall front-end engineering experience with a focus on ReactJS and TypeScript.

- 5+ years of hands-on experience working with ReactJS and TypeScript in building complex web applications.

- 2+ years of experience in designing and building component libraries and design systems.

- Expertise in Micro-Frontend architecture, especially with Module Federation to build scalable and reusable components.

- Proficiency in Webpack 5 and front-end development tools for efficient bundling and code splitting.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum/ Kanban).

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to document and communicate technical details effectively.

- Ability to work independently, but also mentor and guide less experienced engineers
