Oracle CPQ Techno-Functional Consultant - Implementation & Support (1-2 yrs)

Job Description : Oracle CPQ Techno-Functional Consultant.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Oracle CPQ Techno-Functional Consultant with over 10 years of extensive IT experience, specializing in Oracle CPQ Cloud, Oracle Fusion, and Salesforce platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application design, customization, integration, and user training, along with proven expertise in pricing configurations, complex business logic, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

Application Design & Implementation :

- Design and implement configurations, pricing logic, and user interfaces for Oracle CPQ Cloud.

- Lead end-to-end solution design and development initiatives across various client projects.

Integration Management :

- Manage integrations with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Salesforce, and other ERP systems (Oracle ERP, SAP, BAAN).

- Develop and maintain seamless connections between CPQ and other enterprise applications.

Requirement Analysis & Documentation :

- Gather and analyze business requirements; prepare functional specification documents and use-case scenarios.

- Create detailed design documents, including technical specifications and test scripts for validation post-implementation.

User Training & Support :

- Conduct training sessions for global users, providing guidance on CPQ functionalities and workflows.

- Offer ongoing support for production environments, addressing and resolving issues efficiently.

CPQ Configuration & Optimization :

- Build and optimize product bundles, pricing models, approval workflows, and BOM configurations.

- Implement advanced BOM rules and ensure robust guided selling processes.

Collaborative Development :

- Collaborate with development teams to design solutions for complex requirements and validate CPQ instances after upgrades.

- Contribute to pre-sales demos and RFP responses, showcasing CPQ capabilities and solutions.

Technical Skills :

Core Technologies :

- Expertise in Oracle CPQ/BigMachines, Salesforce CPQ, and related integration platforms.

- Proficient in BigMachines Markup Language (BML), BMQL, JSON, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.

Database & Middleware :

- Strong understanding of Oracle 10G and Oracle ATP, with experience in middleware solutions.

Development Tools :

- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Microsoft Visio for project management and documentation.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Proven experience in leading CPQ projects in various industries (e., technology, manufacturing).

- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex business requirements into effective CPQ solutions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional teams across regions (APAC, EMEA, North America).
