Position: Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • B2B Prospecting & Calling: Outbound calls to directors, VPs, and decision-makers to generate interest and secure appointments.
  • Appointment Setting: Convincing prospects to meet virtually or in person, communicating the value of the offerings.
  • Follow-Up Management: Nurturing relationships, scheduling follow-up meetings, and progressing prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and updated client records in CRM tools, including meeting schedules and follow-up tasks.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meeting schedules, send invites, and ensure logistics are clear for all parties involved.
  • Internal Coordination: Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth transitions post-meetings, including contract follow-ups and deal closure.
  • Contract & Deal Follow-Ups: Ensure timely follow-ups for contracts and negotiations, acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Consistency: Maintain disciplined call schedules, ensuring follow-ups are timely and organized.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 2+ years in B2B Inside Sales or Telecalling, ideally targeting senior decision-makers.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, objection handling, and appointment-setting abilities.
  • Time Management: Able to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently while keeping a well-organized schedule.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems for managing client data and tasks.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Webex), email tools (Outlook, Gmail), and other tech systems.
  • Self-Motivation: Highly disciplined, focused on meeting goals and making daily calls consistently.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in client data, meeting invites, and follow-up processes.

Preferred Skills:

  • Industry Knowledge: Previous B2B calling experience is a plus.
  • Multi-Language Skills: Advantageous depending on target market and location.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve challenges and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth operations.
