Business Development Executive

Designation:- Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships. Schedule and conduct regular brand calls to discuss partnership goals, challenges, and performance. Facilitate clear and consistent communication between brand representatives and internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives and expectations.
• Coordination and Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as product management, operations, and logistics to ensure brand requirements are met and to streamline processes. Coordinate key activities, including order fulfillment, supply chain management, and product availability, between brand partners and the business. Serve as the liaison between external brand partners and internal departments to ensure smooth communication and resolution of operational issues.
• Business Development and Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand partnerships with new and existing brands. Provide feedback to brands on sales performance and suggest ways to optimize the partnership for mutual growth. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, suggesting strategies for strengthening brand collaborations.
• Reporting and Performance Analysis: Generate reports on brand performance, tracking sales, order fulfillment, and other relevant metrics. Share performance insights and progress updates with brand partners to ensure targets are met and identify areas for improvement. Assist in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide data-driven recommendations for enhancing brand partnerships.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce, business development, or brand management.
• Proven ability to manage and build relationships with brand partners or external stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex discussions and resolve conflicts.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Analytical skills to evaluate brand performance and provide actionable recommendations.Role & responsibilities
