Job Summary:

The E-commerce Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the companys online sales strategy, operations, and growth across all digital platforms. This role involves managing the end-to-end e-commerce experience, driving online sales performance, enhancing customer experience, and collaborating with internal teams to align on product, marketing, and operational initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in e-commerce management, strategic thinking, and a strong background in the retail or luggage industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Strategy & Operations:

• Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive online sales and profitability across various platforms (website, marketplaces, mobile apps).
• Oversee daily e-commerce operations, ensuring smooth processes for product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.
• Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the e-commerce team, regularly tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

2. Digital Marketing & Promotions on Platform:

• Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns on each commercial (PLA and PCA)
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure the efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.

3. Customer Experience & Retention:

• Champion an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints, from browsing to post-purchase, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Lead customer service initiatives, handle escalated issues, and continuously improve the customer journey online.
• Implement customer retention strategies, such as loyalty programs, email nurturing, and personalized offerings.

4. Inventory & Order Management:

• Collaborate with supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and stock levels are optimized.
• Monitor product demand and sales trends to avoid stockouts and overstocking, adjusting inventory strategies accordingly.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze e-commerce data (sales, traffic, conversion rates, etc.) and create actionable insights to inform decisions.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on performance, trends, and growth opportunities.
• Continuously monitor competitor activity and market trends to ensure the company remains competitive in the e-commerce space.

6. Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead and manage the e-commerce team, providing direction, support, and mentoring to ensure team growth and success.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
