Job Description: Real Estate Executive (Dubai)

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year in Real Estate (India)

Training: Provided by the company

Visa & Travel: Initial 2-month tourist visa, flight tickets covered by the company

Accommodation Support: Provided

Salary: AED 2,000 - 3,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in Dubais real estate market.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, investors, and property owners.
• Stay updated on Dubais property laws, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals with clients.
• Provide expert guidance and recommendations to clients based on their needs.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve targets and company goals.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of real estate experience in India.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai and undergo training.
• Passionate about real estate and client engagement.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
