Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic professional with excellent communication skills and expertise in PowerPoint (PPT) to support business strategy, client presentations, and internal communication. This role involves creating high-impact presentations, conducting market research, coordinating with teams, and effectively communicating key insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Presentation & Report Development

• Design and create engaging PowerPoint presentations for business meetings, client pitches, and internal reports.
• Transform complex data and insights into visually compelling and easy-to-understand presentations.
• Ensure brand consistency and clarity in all presentations.

2. Business Communication & Coordination

• Act as a communication bridge between different departments and stakeholders.
• Draft and review business reports, proposals, and strategic documents.
• Ensure clear, professional, and concise messaging in all written and verbal communication.

3. Market Research & Data Analysis

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Interpret data and generate key insights for business presentations.
• Assist in preparing dashboards, reports, and documentation.

4. Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Represent the company in meetings, webinars, and business discussions.
• Deliver effective presentations and pitches to clients.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong PowerPoint (PPT) design and storytelling skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business communication, consulting, or corporate presentations.
• Knowledge of tools like Canvas, Google Slides, or Prezi is a plus.
