Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for all business units.

Analyse business data to generate insights for strategic and operational decision-making

Collaborate with top management to identify business improvement opportunities and support key initiatives

Conduct financial and operational analysis to support strategic planning and business forecasting

Design, create, and maintain interactive dashboards that provide real-time business performance metrics.

Generate periodic reports and present findings to senior management in an easily understandable format.

Provide meaningful KPIs that measure productivity, efficiency, and profitability.

Work with the leadership team to understand business challenges and provide data-driven recommendations.

Develop high-quality presentations that effectively communicate complex data and insights to stakeholders.

Business Analyst certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar) is desirable.

Advanced Excel skills and experience with other data analysis tools (SQL, Python, etc.) .

Education & Experiences:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• A Master's degree or an MBA is a plus.
