Assistant Manager IT-Infra -ERP (Oracle Lighthouse ERP Implementation)

Position Title: Assistant Manager - IT- ERP (Infrastructure and Oracle lighthouse ERP Implementation)

Location: Bellary (Kutidini) - At Steel Plant Location

Qualification and Experience: Graduate in B.E. (Computer Science) or B.E. (Information Technology) with 7+ yrs experience in IT infrastructure and ERP (Oracle Light House) implementation.

Job Description:

• Implementation of ERP with business planning across multiples business units and locations, resource allocation, up gradation, integrations, risk management, communication and change control processes & Team Management and Logistic / HRMS Software Implementation, Documentation, AMC & Vendor Management.

• Liaise with cross-functional team to ensure that all equipments are captured in a timely manner and communicated effectively throughout the organization.

• Support of Application/ Database/Troubleshooting, Internet Based Application, train users to use the software smoothly. Installation (Oracle and Developer 2000) and configuration & solve its related issues.

• Reporting and follow up developers on application errors/ bugs raised and provide solution to users.

• SQL DB maintenance, backup scheduling and server monitoring for performance and Also Maintained Purchase Portal (For RFQ, Quotation , CS & Purchase Order)

IT Infra Management

• Overall planning, deployment and operation of Datacenter to provide 24 x 7 basis availability of all business applications hosted.

• Monitoring / tracking IT projects with respect to budgeted cost, demand forecasts, time over-runs to ensure timely execution of projects.

• Preparation of IT process and system manuals for all business application package and ensuring its right usage among core users for less dependency on IT Helpdesk personnel.
• Planning, designing, installing and configuring, troubleshooting and LAN/WAN, Office 365 , Cloud Services as per organizational requirements.

• Configuring network protocols ,DNS, WINS, DHCP and RRAS; handling networking issues and troubleshooting of Routers, Manage Switches, hubs, modems, RF Link, Access Point and other networking devices (including Telepresence, CCTV cameras)

• Software licensing compliance, its procurement planning and proper deployment.

• Develop and implement master plan to restructure all levels of the organization.

Technical Support

• Installing & configuring Light House ERP/Purchase Portal/Sales Portal/Network/other software / hardware and Wi-Fi devices etc.

• Support with Users and Other Location through VNC for Windows and Linux for VNC X11

Assigning user nodes to various devices installed and networked, handle allocation and protection of user rights, as per companies policies
