Manager-Finance & accounts

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation, review, and analysis of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts for all business units.

Develop financial models to support budgeting and forecasting processes, including sales, cost of goods sold (COGS), operational expenses, and capital expenditures.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and operational insights.

Analyze financial data to provide recommendations on improving financial performance, cost management, and profitability.

Provide financial support for capital investment evaluations, ROI analysis, and cost-benefit assessments for new projects or investments.

Drive cost control initiatives by analyzing cost structures and identifying areas for improvement within the

Act as a trusted advisor on financial matters, offering expertise on profitability enhancement, capital investment decisions, and pricing strategies.

Education & Experiences:

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).

Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector (experience in steel manufacturing is a plus).
