Job Summary

Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist / Non IT - Recruiter (End to End)

Reporting: HR Head

Location: RMZ Latitude, Hebbal, Bangalore North

Timings: 9:00 AM to 06:00 PM

We are looking to employ a Talent Acquisition Specialist / HR recruiter with the ability to develop recruitment strategies to meet the objectives of the organization. He/she is responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization.

An outstanding HR recruiter should have a network of contacts in the industry and understand how to use social media to attract suitable candidates for current and future posts.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Developing and executing comprehensive recruiting plans and strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Coordinating and handling the End-to-End hiring process.
• Collaborating with department managers to develop accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Posting job ads and reviewing resumes and job applications.
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates through databases, job boards, social media, and other avenues.
• Negotiating job offers and salary packages.
• Working with HR and the recruiting process.
• Adhering to corporate guidelines and policies.
• Contributing to HR projects and collaborating with other departments.
• Continuously learning the new HR processes and adapting the industry's best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in the End-to-end recruitment and selection process.
• Knowledge of various recruitment tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and staffing agencies.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Ethical conduct according to the company's code of conduct.
• Immediate Joiners are highly Preferred.
