1. Authenticate documentation presented for all loan applications and ensure they meet the KYC requirements and credit appraisal requirements as the SoP.
2. Conduct appraisal of customer loan applications and make recommendations for approval/other
3. Ensure compliance with the Organisations s Credit Policy, Procedures and service level agreements.
4. Proactively manage risk /exposure for assigned portfolio continuously to ensure minimized risk and ensuring good performance
5. Verify that securities are provided and forwarded for perfection.
6. Ensure recovery of items pledged as security on delinquent loans.
7. Assist in the restructuring of debts in the interest of the organization and customer.
8. Assist in the grading and classification of loan accounts.
9. Manage Customer and stakeholder relations in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements .
10. Any other duties assigned by the Supervisor
The person should be a Graduate/MBA from a recognized institution with 2 to 3 years of experience in Credit financial services - Banks and other financial institutions.
