Job Description

Position Objective:

The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents by making outbound calls, generating leads, and encouraging them to visit VRAZ Academy centers for counseling sessions, seminars, and other marketing events. The role requires handling a high volume of calls and effectively promoting VRAZ Academy's offline and online programs. Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential for converting leads into enrollments.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. High-Volume Telecalling: Make 100 to 120 outbound calls daily to prospective students and parents, explaining the programs and opportunities offered by VRAZ Academy.
  2. Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and nurture leads to ensure a strong pipeline of interested prospects.
  3. Center Visits Promotion: Persuade students and parents to visit VRAZ Academy centers for counseling sessions, seminars, and marketing events.
  4. Event Promotion: Share details about upcoming webinars, seminars, and offline marketing events, ensuring strong participation.
  5. Follow-Ups: Consistently follow up with leads to address queries, provide program details, and motivate them to take the next step.
  6. Target Achievement: Meet daily call targets, lead generation goals, and monthly conversion objectives.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align calling strategies with ongoing campaigns and promotions.
  8. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions using CRM tools or designated software.
  9. Course Advisory: Understand the individual needs of students to recommend the most appropriate courses (offline and online).

Desired Skills:

  • Strong telecommunication skills, with the ability to handle 100 to 120 outbound calls daily.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Proven experience (2-3 years) in telecalling, lead generation, or a similar role, preferably within the education sector.
  • Ability to promote events, drive footfall to the center, and meet lead conversion targets.
