UI/UX & Graphic Designer

UI/UX Design

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using FIGMA.
• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure visual consistency.
• Design intuitive and responsive user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviours.
• Perform usability testing and synthesize feedback to improve designs.
• Analyze data to inform and iterate on design decisions.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align design solutions with business and technical requirements.
• Present design concepts and solutions to team members and stakeholders for review and feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
• Document design processes and decisions for future reference.
• Website designing.

Graphic Design

• Design marketing collateral, including social media graphics, banners, brochures, posters, infographics, and advertisements.
• Create engaging visuals for digital and print campaigns.
• Develop brand identity elements, including logos, typography, and colour schemes.
• Ensure consistency in design across all company platforms and materials.
• Create animated videos and motion graphics for digital marketing.
• Design promotional assets for websites, newsletters, and email campaigns.

Other Requirements:

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or a related field.

Experience

• 4-6 years of professional experience in UI/UX and Graphic Design.

Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in FIGMA.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
• Knowledge of design systems and pattern libraries.
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
