Job Description

Role Overview:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue for our e-commerce business. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of sales strategies to achieve business goals.



Role & responsibilities

1.Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss strategies, share updates, and address challenges.
  • Provide coaching and training to enhance the skills and performance of team members.

2.Sales Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the sales management team to develop and implement sales strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of sales plans and objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

3. Performance Monitoring:

- Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual team members against sales targets.

- Implement performance improvement plans as needed.

- Provide regular feedback and recognition to encourage high performance.

4. Sales Forecasting:

  • Work closely with the sales management team to develop sales forecasts and budgets.
  • Track and analyze sales metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Report on team performance and contribute to strategic planning based on data analysis.

5.Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and accounts.
  • Assist the team in managing customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a coordinated approach to customer satisfaction.

6. Training and Development:

  • Coordinate and conduct sales training programs for team members.
  • Keep the team updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and sales techniques.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the sales team.




Preferred candidate profile


2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in e-commerce or related industries

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of success.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
