Provide timely follow-ups and ensure customer satisfaction with the resolution.
Cross-utilize support agents for different brands as needed.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) are essential.
A customer-first mindset with a passion for providing excellent service.
Experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
