Position Overview.
- As the Associate Director Sales for our Staffing Solutions division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing strategic sales plans, and managing a high-performing sales team.
- Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned territory.
- This is a leadership role that requires strong sales acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the staffing industry.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:.
Business Development:.
- Generate new business leads and opportunities through various channels, including networking, referrals, and targeted marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations, understanding their staffing needs and positioning our solutions accordingly.
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from prospecting and initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
Sales Strategy and Planning:.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the West region to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define sales targets, budgets, and resource allocation.
