We are seeking a well-presented and organized Receptionist to join our beauty company. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to handle front desk operations along with administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Handle incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries.
2.Manage appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
3.Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.
4.Maintain and update appointment logs.
5.Assist in handling office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
6.Support HR and management with documentation and data entry.
7.Assist in organizing meetings, training sessions, and company events.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate (any discipline).
Experience: Minimum 6 months in a receptionist or administrative role.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
