Procurement: Regularly liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure office supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials. Evaluate supplier options and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective purchases.
Office Opening & Closing: Responsible for opening and closing the office premises, ensuring security protocols are followed and all necessary tasks are completed.
System Management: Oversee the maintenance and organization of office systems, including computer networks, telecommunications, and other technological infrastructure. Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and coordinate with IT support when necessary.
Email Correspondence: Manage and prioritize incoming emails, draft responses, and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders. Ensure that all correspondence is professional and timely.
General Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
Other Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
