Job Description
- Procurement: Regularly liaise with vendors and suppliers to procure office supplies, equipment, and other necessary materials. Evaluate supplier options and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective purchases.
- Office Opening & Closing: Responsible for opening and closing the office premises, ensuring security protocols are followed and all necessary tasks are completed.
- System Management: Oversee the maintenance and organization of office systems, including computer networks, telecommunications, and other technological infrastructure. Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise and coordinate with IT support when necessary.
- Email Correspondence: Manage and prioritize incoming emails, draft responses, and facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders. Ensure that all correspondence is professional and timely.
- General Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various departments as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining accurate records.
- Other Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Qualification
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
