Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
Present and promote Voorent's rental solutions to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations and customer support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
- Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture, appliance rentals, real estate, or a related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
- A proactive and customer-centric approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings if required.
