Sr Software Engineer

Platform Support: Provide technical support for our online car sales platform, ensuring seamless operations and resolving any technical issues promptly.
Collaboration with Product Teams: Work closely with various product teams to understand their technical requirements and ensure smooth integration with our online sales platform. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot technical issues, coordinating with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions.
Process Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency and support the growth of online car sales.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical processes and procedures.
Major Incident Management: Lead and participate in major incident management, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve critical issues promptly and implementing preventive measures for future incidents.

Proven experience in a tech operations role, preferably within the automotive or e-commerce industry. Strong technical orientation and the ability to troubleshoot complex systems effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across global teams.
Adaptability to a dynamic, 24/7 operational environment.
5 to 7 years of work experience
Knowledge of emerging technologies in the automotive and e-commerce sectors.
