Software Engineer - Adobe Developer
Role mission & context
As the Software Engineer you are responsible for the applications design, development, implementation and maintenance. The Software Engineer is expected to understand and familiar with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Platform framework, development and maintenance process.
The developer is expected to have a good knowledge and experience in Adobe Experience Manager Platform and in a relevant technology or/and in a business solution/process, combined with good knowledge about AGILE methodology. Participate in maintenance activities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and test features according to the requirement, using appointed tools and technologies, keeping in mind quality, cost and timeline.
Coordinate and cooperate with multiple stakeholders including Business Analysts, Architects, Solution leaders, and Delivery managers.
Design, develop, collaborate, implement the development tasks/activities on a daily and regular basis to create an efficient work delivery.
Actively participate during requirement collection and system analysis phase along with agile team members.
Follow all coding/testing guidelines and best practices.
Build, release and deploy on test environments.
Branching and merging to version control systems like TFS and GIT.
Support implementations/Rollouts of new features/issue fixes/enhancements in non-prod/Prod environments.
Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to
deliver high- quality software.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for AEM solutions and processes.
Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest AEM features and industry trends to continuously improve our AEM implementations
Wanted profile
As Software Engineer you are a team player, self-driven, has a problem-solving mindset. Since you are part of a global unit, with global responsibilities, you will need to actively cooperate and communicate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment.
Required competencies
Relevant university degree (bachelors or masters degree)
Excellent communication & Teamwork & Responsibility.
Complete proficiency in English.
Strong software development experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) familiar with development and the concept of Sites, pages, Archetype, Sling, Template, HTL,
JavaScript, CSS, docker container, Adobe Clouds (Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud) etc;
Full-Stack experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (React, Angular is a plus).
Solid performance working as a AEM Developer and continuous improvement is in your mindset;
Collaborative work, self-driven studying, analytic and problem solving
5-8 years of experience in AEM technologies.
Certification in Adobe Experience Manager is a plus.
Certification in Scrum Master is a plus.
As Software Engineer, need to actively cooperate and communicate with various stakeholders and team members, English language are required.
