We are seeking for Business Development Manager at Cosnet



Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets, including prospecting, lead generation, and developing relationships with potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Work closely with senior leadership to align business goals and priorities.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional service and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
  • Proposal & Pitch Development: Prepare and present tailored proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiation & Closing Deals: Lead contract negotiations and close deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the client.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to ensure alignment of business development efforts with company objectives.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on business development activities, including pipeline management, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
  • Networking & Industry Presence: Attend industry conferences, events, and networking activities to establish and nurture key industry contacts.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or other advanced qualifications are a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales in the technology industry, with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets and building client relationships.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the technology sector, including trends, products, and services.


Skills:

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to understand and articulate complex technological concepts.

Proficient in CRM software and MS Office tools.

Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Attributes: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
