Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive the adoption of our clients SaaS-based solutions within the target industry. The ideal candidate will have a history of successfully closing deals and achieving revenue goals. A background in enterprise software sales, particularly in B2B SaaS or cloud-based products, is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to acquire new enterprise accounts.
Drive revenue growth through effective lead generation, client engagement, and relationship management.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, and implement strategies for success.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing regional sales team.
Strengthen C-level relationships to establish industry credibility and advocacy.
Identify key customer use cases and expand solution adoption within existing accounts.
Represent the company at industry events to enhance market presence.
Form partnerships with channel partners to enhance sales reach and efficiency.
Develop a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs to refine the sales approach.
Drive customer retention, cross-sell, and upsell initiatives within existing accounts.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
At least 10 years of experience in SaaS sales within the enterprise segment.
Prior exposure to Telephony or Conversational AI solutions is a plus.
Strong understanding of BFSI sector priorities and buying processes.
Experience selling AI/ML-based solutions or usage-based SaaS products.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to penetrate new markets while expanding existing business relationships.
Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Freshworks.
