Position: India E-Commerce CUSTOMER SERVICE (Voice Process )

Location: Andheri East, Chandivali

Process: Voice Process

Education: HSC/Any Graduate (6 Month+ BPO Exp Required)

Age limit: 20 to 39 years

Experience: 6month Experience Required

Training Timing: 6:0 am to 1 Am o' clock any 9hour Rotational Shift

Working Day: 6 Days Working and 1 Rotational week off

Salary: Up to 16500k For Fresher + Monthly Performance Incentives.

Salary: Up to 18k For Experience + Monthly Performance Incentives.

Responsibility:

- Answering queries and concerns about a company's products or services.

- Resolving issues and handling customer complaints.

- Tracking customer service metrics.

- Delivering information about a company's products and services.

Key Skills:

~ Good communication skill in English.

~ Good at computer skills

~Ready to work in Voice Process
