Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage Order to Cash (OTC) processes, including billing, invoicing, and collections.
  
• Handle customer queries related to orders, invoices, and payments.
  
• Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks such as reconciliation and reporting.
  
• Execute Ar Collection strategies to minimize bad debts and optimize cash flow.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth order processing and resolution of issues.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in OTC or AR role in BPO/Call Centre environment.
  
• Strong knowledge of OTC/AR processes, including billing, invoicing, and collections procedures.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle customer queries effectively.
  
• Proficiency in using software applications relevant to OTC/AR functions.
