VoerEir - Specialist - SEO & Digital Marketing (2-4 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and consistent branding across platforms.

- Create and publish high-quality, engaging content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and websites.

- Perform keyword research and optimize content to improve search engine rankings (SEO).

- Track and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

- Assist in managing and updating website content via CMS platforms.

- Support backlink-building strategies and monitor SEO metrics to enhance website authority.

- Manage social media platforms by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing trends.

- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.

- Stay updated on social media trends and implement new features, tools, and tactics to maintain a competitive edge.

- Assist in creating marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and graphics, using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

- Participate in team brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and strategies.

Requirements:

- A master's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- Experience in marketing or a related role.

- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO and social media management.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc.

- Strong Creative mind.

- Experience with tools like Canva, SEMrush, or Ahrefs is a plus but not required.
