• Preparation Minutes of meeting, Reports, PPTs.
• Data Management for referral incentives & hiring tracker.
• Monitor and coordinate with internal and external departments for approvals and communication.
• Providing secretarial and administrative support promptly.
• Manage Travel arrangements and coordinate accordingly.
• Perform duties to support day-to-day department operations.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

5+ years of relevant experience

Good command over English & Excel,Powerpoint
