  • Job Overview. We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in networking. As a Technical Support In Networking, you will be responsible for providing efficient and effective technical support to our clients, resolving networking issues, and ensuring smooth operations. This is a full-time position located in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Salary range will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
  • Qualifications And Skills. 3 to 6 years of experience in technical support in networking.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and technologies, including DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory.
  • Experience in international voice process is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are a plus.
  • Roles And Responsibilities. Provide technical support to clients in troubleshooting and resolving networking issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain networking equipment and software.
  • Monitor network performance and identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network upgrades and enhancements.
  • Ensure network security and integrity by implementing appropriate security measures.
  • Document technical procedures and solutions for future reference.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest networking technologies and trends
